Frequently asked questions
What does the Pass B1 include?
2 complete Ascoltare mocks (20 items and 40 minutes each, with 40 Italian audio clips), 2 complete Leggere mocks (18 items and 40 minutes each), an estimated score out of 30 with the 18/30 pass line, every answer explained in Italian, Spanish, Portuguese or English, audio transcripts, and 4 Scrivere prompts with a model answer and a checklist.
How long do I have access?
The Pass B1 has no expiry for as long as we run PLIDA Prep. It is a one-time payment with no subscription and no automatic renewal. After payment, access is unlocked on your account, usually within a few minutes; if we ever shut the service down, we will announce it by email at least 30 days in advance.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Write to support@plidaprep.com within 14 days of purchase and we refund the full amount to your original payment method, no questions asked. The refund removes the access you bought.
Which currency do I pay in?
Payment is handled by Stripe. The currency depends on the country you connect from: 29 € in Europe, R$ 169,90 in Brazil, $29 elsewhere. In Venezuela and Argentina the Pass B1 has a regional price of $19. The total Stripe shows at checkout is the final price.
Is PLIDA Prep connected to the Società Dante Alighieri?
No. PLIDA Prep is independent: it is not a product of the Società Dante Alighieri, which runs the PLIDA exam, and is not endorsed by it. The Pass does not register you for the exam; to register, contact an authorised PLIDA centre.
What is not included?
The Pass has no Parlare exercises, is not an official exam and issues no certificate. Mock scores are estimates, not official PLIDA scores.
