PLIDA Prep is an independent exam-preparation product. It is not a product of the Società Dante Alighieri, which runs the PLIDA exam, and is not endorsed by it.

What we offer

The free Leggere test is available without an account. The Pass B1 includes 2 complete Ascoltare mocks (20 items, 40 minutes), 2 complete Leggere mocks (18 items, 40 minutes) with an estimated score and explanations, and 4 Scrivere prompts with a model answer and a checklist. The Pass B1 contains what the pricing page describes at the time of purchase.

Account

Paid content requires an account. If you buy without signing in, it is created with the email used at checkout; if an account with that email already exists, the purchase is attached to it. An account is for one person and may not be shared.

Prices and payment

All prices are one-time payments in the currency shown, which depends on the country you connect from. The total Stripe shows at checkout is the final price. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. In some countries the Pass B1 has a lower regional price.

Access and duration

After payment, access is unlocked on your account, usually within a few minutes. The Pass B1 has no expiry for as long as we run PLIDA Prep; if we ever shut the service down, we will announce it by email at least 30 days in advance.

14-day money-back guarantee

If the product is not for you, write to support@plidaprep.com within 14 days of purchase and we refund the full amount to your original payment method, no questions asked. The refund removes the access you bought.

This guarantee comes on top of your statutory rights. In the EU, the right of withdrawal for digital content ends when access starts if you expressly asked for that at checkout. In Brazil the 7-day right of regret applies (Art. 49 of the Consumer Defence Code).

Using the content

Texts, audio, exercises and explanations are original and protected by copyright. You may use them for your own preparation, but not copy, resell, publish or share them.

No guaranteed result

Mock scores are estimates, not official PLIDA scores. We do not guarantee that you pass the exam or reach any score.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to typical, foreseeable damage. Mandatory consumer protection law is not affected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the country where the provider is established (see “Provider”). As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
